How do i order a custom cake?
First decide on your theme or cake design idea. Send us a message via (1) Messenger (2) Messaging on our Website lower right of your screen or (3) Whatsapp: or (4) Email us at cafevida.desserts@gmail.com.
You can share photos, pegs or a sketch to help describe your theme. We will respond to you within 2-3 hours.
how to confirm my order?
After finalizing your design, flavor, and requests, you’ll fill out an order form and receive a copy via email. We’ll then send the final quotation and payment options. A 50% down payment is required to confirm your order and reserve the date. Please review your order carefully and inform us of any changes at least 1 week before delivery or pickup.
What is the leadtime for orders?
We request for a lead time of at least 1-2 weeks. For rush orders, we can do as fast as 2-3 days but with a premium.
How far in advance can we order?
You can order as far ahead as 2-3 months away and we will keep your order in record for peace of mind. We will reach out again 2-3 weeks before your event.
What is the mode of payment and payment terms?
We require at least a 50% deposit to book your order and reserve the date. Your order is not considered final without a deposit. In the event of cancellation with less than 7 days’ notice, the deposit will become non-refundable. Final payment on orders can be paid upon pickup. In case of Grab or Lalamove pick-up, payment can be paid the day before pick-up.

Do you deliver in metro manila?
We don’t offer direct delivery, but you can book Grab or Lalamove pickup from our shop at 8876 Sampaloc St, San Antonio Village, Makati. For cakes and cupcakes, please book an SUV; for cookies, a motorcycle is fine. Ensure the vehicle is air-conditioned with enough flat space for cakes. Once the order leaves our shop, we are not liable for any damages, so kindly advise your driver to handle with care.

Can I change my design after ordering?
Changes are not allowed less than one week before your event. Any approved changes may incur additional costs. All orders are final one week prior to the event.
Can you do rush orders 1-2 days leadtime?
Rush orders may be accepted depending on the slot availability. Extra charges will apply for rush orders.
Any Allergy warnings?
Our facility is not allergen-free; therefore, we can’t guarantee against an allergic reaction. All our cakes are produced in a shared environment with milk, wheat, nuts, eggs and soy. If you have food allergies, it is advised that you do not consume our products.
