You can share photos, pegs or a sketch to help describe your theme.
We will respond to you within 24-48 hours.
After discussing your cake design, specifications, cake flavor and other requests, you will be asked to fill-up the final order form.

We will give you the final quotation and payment options.
At least a 50% is required to confirm the order and block off the date. 

Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to review the order for any errors and let us know at least 1 week prior to the cake delivery/pick up date.
All our cakes and desserts are made to order. We request for a lead time of at least 1-2 weeks. The more complex cakes with high level of detail may require more time. We can only take a certain number of custom cakes per week, so we recommend you order your cake with as much notice as you can.
We require at least a 50% deposit to book your order and reserve the date. Your order is not considered final without a deposit. In the event of cancellation with less than 7 days’ notice, the deposit will become non-refundable.  Final payment on orders can be paid upon pickup. In case of Grab or Lalamove pick-up, payment can be paid the day before pick-up.

No, we don't have our own delivery service. We are accessible via Grab or Lalamove for pick-up at our location in San Antonio Village, Makati. Should customer request for help to place a booking, we can assist with that.

For cakes and cupcakes, please book SUV car service.
For cookies, please book motorcycle service.

Please advise our shop regarding booking details so that we know which driver is picking-up in your behalf.

When getting your cake, make sure that your vehicle is airconditioned and has enough floor space to fit the cake. It is highly discouraged to transport your cake on someone's lap or placed on the car seat. No pets inside the car.

Please take note that we won't be liable for any damages as soon as the cake leaves our shop, so please advise your driver to be extra careful when handling your cake order.

No changes (flavors, designs, etc.) will be allowed on specialty cake orders less than one week prior to orders to ensure we can provide to you the highest quality production. If in the event a change is allowed, it may incur additional costs. All orders are considered completely final one week prior to your event.
We work hard to create a beautiful and delicious cake that will be the centerpiece of your party! After the cake is picked up or delivered, it’s your responsibility to have a safe and appropriate spot for your cake away from unnecessary heat and humidity, which can have severely adverse effects on buttercream and fondant.

Fondant cakes can be stored at room temperature for up to 1 day. Once sliced, please store the left over in the fridge. Shelf life is up to 2 weeks if stored properly (airtight container).

Buttercream cakes and Monogram Cakes must be refrigerated as soon as you receive it. Our cakes can stand for up to 1.5 hours while in transit.


Rush orders may be accepted depending on the slot availability. Extra charges will apply for rush orders. 
Our facility is not allergen-free; therefore, we can’t guarantee against an allergic reaction. All our cakes are produced in a shared environment with milk, wheat, nuts, eggs and soy. If you have food allergies, it is advised that you do not consume our products.
